Terms of Agreement

1.  It is vital that this office is notified of the exact number of guests attending at least two weeks before the party. This is the guaranteed amount for which you will be charged even if fewer guests attend.
2.  Menu must be decided at least three (3) weeks prior to the function date
3.  Pane's shall not assume the responsibility of any merchandise or article left in the banquet rooms during or following the event. If credit card is used for payment, there will be a 4% charge
4.  Payment shall be made the day of the function unless credit has been established prior to the event.
5.  8.25% sales tax and 15% gratuity will be added to total bill.
6.  All children 10 years of age or under - $1.00 less/per plate; in highchair - NO CHARGE. (Buffets only.)
7.  In the event of cancellation deposits will be refunded ONLY if a party, for the particular date, time and room, reserved for your party is rescheduled. deposits will be returned after the date of the scheduled party.
8.  Beverages and food cannot be brought into a banquet from outside sources.
9.  All sit-down luncheons or dinners with 2 or more different items must be coded with place cards or favors (ask for details). Panes reserves the right to refuse alcoholic beverages to anyone. (No one under 21 will be served.)

Party deposits guarantee the room. All prices subject to change.
